About the presenters
Anastasia has been teaching meditation in Russian for 13 years. With a love for music and as an accomplished multi day runner, she brings depth and authenticity to her teaching.
Preetidutta from New Zealand has been sharing her love of meditation, running and nature for over 20 years. A former Olympic level sailor, she inspires others to set meaningful goals and bring meditation into every day life.
